Andrew Breitbart is the man who edited videotape to make a USDA worker look racist. Andrew Breitbart is the man who edited videotape to make it seem like ACORN was breaking the law. Frankly, the only time I can think of when he was right was when he released pictures of that guy's penis. What an accomplishment!
With this in mind…who cares what he has to say? He may claim that high-ranking military officials pulled him aside and vowed their support to the right-wing. Who cares? He may claim that irate Twitter users bother him to the point of going to war or something. Who cares?
I realize that there is some irony of my writing an entire blog post about how no one should pay attention to him – but I think people need to stop giving this guy more attention than he deserves. He may say mean, untrue, and stupid things – but he's totally irrelevant. Let's not forget that.
