UPDATE 18 (08/28/11, 01:24): Connecticut Light & Power (CL&P), would like to remind everyone that they should be wary of downed wires. People should always stay at least 10 feet away and should always presume them to be live and dangerous. CL&P has 800 technicians to work on the lines once the storm has cleared. Furthermore:
